ALL AND YOU

“For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people.” Titus 2:11

Do you ever stop, from time to time, and think about God’s vast creation? From the sun, moon, and highest, most magnificent mountain to the depths of the sea, it’s all so truly amazing!  And all of His creation, and every living creature in it, both big and small, speaks to His majesty and glory. Psalm 104:24-25 illustrates this well, stating:

24 O Lord, what a variety of things you have made!
In wisdom you have made them all.
The earth is full of your creatures.
25 Here is the ocean, vast and wide,
teeming with life of every kind,
both large and small.

Yet in the vastness of all His creation, He made a plan for all people to know the Salvation that only He can give. As intricate and magnificent as all creation is, He loves people more than anything. And, as Titus 2:11 tells us, “The grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people.”

The truth is, all of this can be hard to get your mind around and it’s easy to get lost in the “all” of it. But this truth can be drilled down even further. In the “all,” there’s you. Through God’s wonderful Grace, Jesus came for you! And Paul tells us in Romans 10:9 that if we simply put our faith, hope and trust in Him, we individually can experience this Salvation for ourselves. “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Today, may we be reminded to never get lost in the vastness of God’s creation or His plan to save all, but that in the “all”, He always sees you.
