ALL AND YOU

“O Lord, what a variety of things you have made! In wisdom you have made them all. The earth is full of your creatures.” Psalm 104:24

Do you ever stop from time to time, and think about the vastness of God’s creation? From the sun, moon, high mountain peaks, to the depths of the sea, it’s all so truly amazing!  All of His creation, and every living creature in it, both big and small, speaks to His majesty and glory. Psalm 104:24-25 illustrates this well by stating:

“O Lord, what a variety of things you have made!
In wisdom you have made them all.
The earth is full of your creatures.
Here is the ocean, vast and wide,
teeming with life of every kind,
    both large and small.”

Yet in the vastness of all His creation, He made a plan for all people to know the Salvation that only He can give. As intricate and magnificent as all creation is, He loves people more than anything. And, as Titus 2:11 tells us, “The grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people.”

All of this can be hard to get our mind around and it can be easy to get lost in the “all” of it. But the truth is that in the “all,” there’s you. Through God’s wonderful Grace, Jesus came for you! Paul tells us in Romans 10:9 that if we simply put our faith, hope and trust in Him, we individually can experience this Salvation for ourselves. “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Today, may we be reminded to never get lost in the vastness of God’s creation or His plan to save all, because in the “all”, He always sees you.
